By placing an order with VTZY, you agree to the following Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Please review them regularly before placing any order.

1. General Use

  • You may only use VTZY in compliance with the Terms of Service of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

  • VTZY is intended solely for the promotion of your social accounts and improving online presence.

2. Rates & Services

  • Rates may change at any time without notice. Existing payment and refund policies remain in effect.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Most services start within 0–12 hours, but may take up to 72 hours during peak periods. Delays are not grounds for refunds.

  • Orders without a refill guarantee will not be replenished, even in case of a complete drop.

  • We reserve the right to adjust service types where necessary to complete an order.

3. Account Rules

  • Malicious or abusive activity may result in suspension. Users may use their remaining balance before suspension takes effect.

  • Opening new accounts after suspension will result in permanent termination, with no refund of remaining balances.

  • VTZY is not responsible for account bans, content removal, or other actions taken by social platforms.

4. Content Restrictions

  • You may not upload prohibited content, including nudity or other materials deemed unacceptable by social platforms.

  • Private accounts are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure your account is public before ordering.

5. Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable. Once deposited, funds cannot be reversed and must be used on VTZY.

  • By completing payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes. Doing so may result in account termination and removal of delivered services.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. If an order cannot be delivered, credit will be issued to your VTZY account.

  • Misplaced orders, incorrect URLs, private accounts, or changes made during delivery are not eligible for refunds.

  • Non-refill services are not covered in case of drops.

6. Fraud & Misuse

  • Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods, will result in immediate termination without exceptions.

  • Using multiple servers simultaneously on the same page may lead to incorrect results and will not be refunded.

7. Liability

  • VTZY assumes no responsibility for damages to you or your business arising from use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee follower interaction or account quality (e.g., profile pictures, bios, or uploaded posts).

Speed
Service speeds vary by product. If speed is important to you, please consult us before placing an order.

Refill (Supplemental Service)
A service labeled as “refill” means you may request one refill during that service cycle (typically every 30–60 days). For lifetime services, it means you may request one refill at any time.

No Refill
A service labeled “no refill” means that if drops occur, no refill will be provided. Drops may occur at any time and in variable amounts.

Price
Service fees are calculated per 1,000 units. For example, if a follower service is priced at ¥100, that means ¥100 will purchase 1,000 followers.

Minimum / Maximum
Minimum and maximum refer to the smallest and largest order quantities allowed. The minimum is the smallest amount you may order; the maximum is the limit permitted.

RAV — Views

  • RAV Views: Real Active Views — genuine users with real-time engagement.

  • RAV-GS Views: Real Active Views sourced via Google Search ad retargeting.

  • RAV-MTS Views: High-revenue Real Active Views designed to handle videos with dual pre-roll ads, long unskippable ads, very long videos, etc.

Drip Delivery
Services with a drip-delivery option allow you to schedule delivery over time periods that you control.

Business Hours & Support

We monitor the website around the clock (24/7), but we apologize in advance for any delays in responses. Our official business hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Shanghai Time (UTC+8).

Payment Methods

Our preferred payment method is cryptocurrency because it allows secure, low-fee transfers of any amount. We also accept Alipay and WeChat.
